I filled out the form for my project. How long before I receive a response?

How exciting! Thank you for taking the time to fill out the form. It will take about 48 hours for me to review and if I’m able to move forward with your project.

Why do I have to pay a retainer?

The retainer, which is 20% or more of your final payment, secures your shoot date and time slot with me. No retainer, no shoot date. All retainers are non-refundable.

What’s your cancellation policy? Can I reschedule?

If the weather is out-of-control, you’re sick, exposure to COVID-19, other reasons - you can put your retainer towards another shoot date. If you need to cancel completely or don’t show up for your shoot date + time, your retainer will not be refunded. All retainers are non-refundable.

Can I receive unedited photos or RAWs?

No. Not only would it not match my brand or style but editing is a part of the process to give it a final, finished look.

Do you retouch photos?

Aside from a few blemishes, my editing focus is working with your natural look or what the project calls for.

What is HoneyBook?

HoneyBook is a client management software for small businesses. It’s where you’ll receive your photography contract and where you can do online payments like your retainer/deposit + final payment. For more information go to honeybook.com.

How will I receive my photos?

Your photos will be available through your custom gallery on Pic-Time Inc. You should receive an email containing your unique link but if you have trouble you can also go to eye3visions.pic-time.com

Would you travel for my project?

Yes! When you fill out your form, note the destination and we’ll discuss the details.
